I plan on making primary world objectives - or events happening without players actions. However, how these events turn out and why is up to the players to decide and how they act on it. If they do not act on it, then events will unfold by me.
Example:
Scenario: Several Allied Gangs plan to attack Aransohn.
Reaction: Player 1 brings his gang to attack Aransohn as well.
Outcome: The horde of Outlaws brings Aransohn to an end.
Scenario: Several Allied Gangs plan to attack Aransohn.
Reaction: Player 1 forms a posse in Aransohn.
Outcome: The horde of Outlaws and defeated, and few escape, thus decreasing overall gang activity.
However, I can also make events happen depending on player-made decisions.

--Beat Red Dead again.
--Watch 3:10 to Yuma.
--Watch The Assassination of Jesse James.
--Possibly get Red Dead Revolver, beat it.
--Check up on Assassin's Creed Revelations daily.
Also, I will be adding a 'Karma' system... simply to help me distinguish outlaw from hero. Small acts gain you Karma, or take it away.
