The Assassin's Guild
This version of
The Assassin's Guild will take place across three chapters. During each chapter we will create a new character, as the chapters span approximately 2.5 lifetimes and some characters may not live long enough to participate in each chapter (elves and other beings may however). Each chapter deals with a different villain, different goal, and different style. Here is quick summary of the three:
Chapter I: Origins -
Origins will deal with the characters who forged the Guild itself as they attempt to exact vengeance on the Commander who destroyed their homes and killed their friends and families. It will focus on 'Vengeance and Revenge'. It will probably be the shortest of the three chapters.
Chapter II: Unity - Decades after Origins, the Guild is thriving. Our new characters must band together to take down a conspiracy that could bring the Guild to its very knees. It's focus will be 'Conspiracy and Mystery'.
Chapter III: Civil War -
Civil War, as the name suggests, sees the Guild splinter into three separate fragments a few years after Unity takes place. Some want to continue on the path of Vengeance, others want to follow the path of Good, while others look to become Corrupt. It's probably going to be the longest.
Decisions throughout the Chapters will affect future Chapters, including the events that occurred, people who were killed, and many other things. As players we will make our own decisions.
