Our History

A good while ago, I joined the BattleOn Forums for the third time, under the name of Ghost of Chaos (same as then-current in-game AQW name). Well, I began RPing for the very first time as Ghost of Chaos, and I loved it.

I RPed with Cod Cod's 'The Raven Tower' RP, which I loved. It was an awesome war RP where I introduced my character Kranua.

But enough of my history, this is about the Academy.

Nightly was one person who I seemed to become friends with, both on AQW and on the Forums. He secretly created the first Academy. I was invited, as was many others.

A good small amount of time went on, and someone ratted us out, supposedly anyway. I do believe it was Kellehendros who asked Nightly to take it down. He did, and the first Academy was taken down.

From what I heard, Nightly also attempted to create a second Academy, but it did not get off its feet, from what I was told.

So, a few months later, and several banned accounts as well, I decided I wanted to revive it. So I messaged Sicsin and asked him if he remembered the 'thing I was talking about'. He said yes, and told me that it was called the Academy (because I forgot the name), and said Nightly was the one who did it.

So I then went on to Nightly, who told me he used Forumotion, and told me what the Academy was in his idea. I created the third Academy, with influence by Nightly. I gave Nightly the Admin password, so that way he could do as he wanted - because this new Academy (as I see it) belongs partly to Nightly.

So, this is the RP Academy, the third of its kind. I hope it survives.

Why would it be taken down in the first place? That makes no sense. It has nothing to dow tih battleon forums. Fuckin cock sucking control freak bastards. They can go fist freak a fishy clit. (Sorry, Ghost, I'm just very pissed off.)

Pissed off about what? The fact the first academy was taken down?

Oh yeah... I am eager to see your bio for Terres Rebirth - I am SO ready for that thing to blast off! Hopefully if you get up a bio, he'll make an IC soon after.

And yeah, I just figured I put this up so everyone knows the lowdown, even though most know the history. I didn't want to seem like this whole thing was MY idea, cause I give full credit to Nightly (but I get all the cookies).

It just makes no sense to me that Kellehendros would ask the first Academy to be taken down. I believe that is over stepping his boundaries.

I sort of understand. If it was made for a similar reason I first believed when I joined this, that it was to gain freedom from those, well you said it well enough Comrade. If that were the case in the original Academy, I can see why he would ask to take it down. What makes me mad, as I am sure that this forum was only discussed in PM on the Battle On forums, is that Private Messages are supposed to be Private. In which case he could just as easily find it again, but I don't know if we would let him shut it down. Of course though, that would create mass destruction of all worlds, ending all life as we now know it.

I said it several times, I will say it again: The AE forum is made for ''omg d00d ae best gamz everf!!1111!111'' its a worshipping ground for fanboys, so yeah, thats why the dickheads did it.

BK 1-7, I completely agree with you. It's lenience like here that I like, no more sitting in an AE enforced frackin' straightjacket which strangles all my creativity out!

Admittedly one RPing forum which I doubt you lot know about is a helluva lot more lenient (It uses FFX titles, and I'm the Maetser of the Expilicit section there) in it's rules, but it seems only the Yu hasn't been questioned...

Sorry if this sounds weird, but what is an FFX title?

And yes, I do provide leniency here as much as possible. There virtually no limitations to your type of RP.

Unfortunatly, the leniancy doesn't allow the kinds of RP I have to monitor each day elsewhere...
